Fear the new cheap alert. ;)

Anyways, I played it briefly and liked the different style of gameplay for a Quake engine based mod.

I had never heard of BattleStorm before, interesting.

One Amiga game that is somewhat similar is Amnios.

Also related are Assault (arcade), Transplant (Amiga), and Seek and Destroy (Amiga).

Believe me, Battle Squadron is one of my favorite games of all time. :)
