I've never been much of a gambler, but I imagine you could put in a slot machine with Quake-ish icons on the front -- the Quake Q, player's face, dogs, shamblers, and other iconic Quake paraphanalia. 
The mechanics should be fairly simple... I hope.
A pinball machine might be a whole other mod of its own, in terms of work load.
BTW, I really enjoyed the new games you put in there since I last played. Cheers!

I'd say Silpheed, except that it would probably be little more than an extension of the ROIDS game already existant in the mod. Perhaps some sort of "Warning Forever" Enhancement to ROIDS?
