Moving #qc

FrikaC and I have decided to run a poll on the future of our beloved little #qc channel, right now as it is GameSurge is on the fritz with it's constantly netsplitting from being denial of service attacked. It's very annoying that as a community we're unable to reach our own channel and have our usual fun filled discussions, so I propose that we all vote (we're so liberal) on moving #qc to another server!

The choices are as follows:

[1] - Anynet - the same server that #darkplaces is being hosted on, I haven't ever witnessed any down time on it.

[2] - Quakenet - It's quakenet, what can I say; seems #terrafusion also moved here.

[3] - Inside3d.net - Frika requested that I add this option, I know nothing about inside3d.net but it sure sounds good.

[4] - Remain on GameSurge where it's comfy, however we'll have to wait out the netsplits and attacks for awhile if they ever do end.

Well, I voted for Quakenet because:
1. of #tf's move
2. I'm already in a few channels there

Uhm, I guess that's it. Not many arguments, but I thought it would be nice to write them anyhow...

Voted for anynet. I have very few reasons for going to GameSurge nowadays and as such I don't spend much time in #qc anymore. If it were on anynet I'd pretty much be there all the time. (Well, all night)

Now if only #nexuiz were to move too.. Then I would have no reason to go to GameSurge =P

I've voted for Anynet myself simply because it'd be easier to discuss engine/darkplaces related topics alongside QuakeC and ofcourse with all our friends too who hang out in either server.
