I notice that one filename has an extension and one does not. One of the many sinister activities of Windows is its "Hide extensions of known file types" feature. I suggest you turn off that feature so you can check the extensions. You may have a v_axe_0.tga.psd or something and windows isn't making it easy to know or fix it.

Tools > Folder Options, View Tab, just beneath the first subfolder with the radio buttons, you will see "Hide extensions for known file types", uncheck that, click OK.
