Maybe for next year's 15th anniversary of Quake and its QExpo?
edit: Rereading the thread I would suggest simply making it "random snippets of user-created Quake things" so everything could get in. Nowadays recording in high resolution would surely make more sense than going low.

and finally AVIDemux isn't a piece of crap anymore.
I still stand by my "capture it in DOSQuake 1.0x in DOSBox" idea for the classics. It's easy, it's lossless, and it's "the way it's meant to be played" for anything in the '90s. (The few "GLQuake" tailored TCs are only so to compensate the irresponsible use of the fullbright color range)
