to correct you... Neo never runs on the ceiling. he runs up the wall and does a back flip near the top. and yes... I'm coding that now. Awwww... you answered my youtube comment here... Anyways, there are characters in the matrix (the old agents) that can jump onto the ceiling. So it isn't so far fe...

The old quake wiki had a lot of information on getting started: http://web.archive.org/web/20070829123827/wiki.quakesrc.org/index.php/Getting+Started http://web.archive.org/web/20060217162518/wiki.quakesrc.org/index.php/Modding+Tools http://web.archive.org/web/20061010222743/wiki.quakesrc.org/index...

Going to be doing a little bit of a drop for the Quake Wiki , but adding these links as they are brought together in the Wiki would be a great asset, right now I am to busy to do these things by myself nor can find a proxy to get around my work's content filter... It would be greatly appreciated, ev...

A good example of how a game's wiki is done, to me, is the Doom wiki ( http://doom.wikia.com/wiki/Entryway ). Granted a Quake wiki is complicated by QuakeC (extremely necessary) and a focus on community (the Doom wiki seems much more focused on stock Doom and the engine). Need to get this wiki past...

ShoTro may just become one of my favorite persons, that contribution alone is bad ass. More to come. And thank you. I am trying to structure the links better too... Like two different ways to view the same thing, like the Quake C specs and the individual function/type/ent listings... Because there ...

It would seem so... People use it, to some degree. I for one read the csqc section, and plan to contribute After seeing the wiki I went in and added about an hour and a half worth of content to the QuakeC section. Things need considerable work, like alternate ways to look up the same info, when I a...

Just for fun. What enemies are "MIA"
Seriously, what enemies have you always wanted to see in Quake, even the ridiculous ones you come up with in your head as "awesome" but later realize are pretty lame. The idea is to bounce ideas around and maybe come up with something interesting to add for modders game play wise. I ...

Yup. It's all well and good everyone getting ready for a qexpo, but as far a I know we have no host, no site and noone running it. Unless someone takes charge pretty soon, it won't happen. And no, I'm not doing it again. Ok, so what is needed and when? How much room and resources are we talking abo...
