TF is the best war-themed hat simulator around. You're just jelly.scar3crow wrote:Yes, but this was before the French Southern and Antarctic Lands were ruined by tasteless hats and bad balance tweaks. They also still had grenades in the Antarctic Lands at that time.

Re: 8 bit bigmap Halloween special
When saving, there's an option to 'save state.' What exactly is this? I noticed that sometimes my saves don't seem to work properly if I don't also save and load the state when I save and load a game.

I was looking for something without any changes to the original source other than the actual port and cross-compiling. Not looking for binaries or tuts. I'll check SDLQuake out. If you just want that, then compile from the q1source.zip on id's ftp. It compiles and runs on 32bit linux, though when I...

Playing PuLSaR's Menkalinan, I noticed two issues, it has texture corruption in qbism like what necros showed above, and water has the wrong texture in qbism.

You can run a 32bit executable on a 64bit system, as long as you also have the 32bit libraries that get dynamically loaded. edit: I noticed you mentioned unixded. iirc, the proquake dedicated server executable is statically linked on linux (like it should be). You might want to ask baker how he mana...

path_corners and the z axis
I'm trying to get monsters to follow path_corners that aren't aligned (or close to being aligned) on the z axis. I asked about this on func_msgboard and necros tried to help me out, but it was to no avail. My monsters still walk around aimlessly, ignoring path_corners that are too high/low for a pre...
