Hi "mr. quakeone" ;) #1, Either you can use a engine that uses .ent files, so you can add/remove any entities through a list. Or, you could by QC dynamicly spawn new spawn points uppon mapname. A hint is to look up "sv_gravity" in world.qc, it shows how to identify a specific map...

Mmmm darkplaces, is that a game engine?? Get anybody explain exactly what it is?? I have been getting em on my guestbook now. Pitty since you realy dont want to register to dropp a line. I logg time/ip however of all posts, so combined with a TOS prohibiting exploitation for adverts, wouldnt it work to actualy take legal actions against the people behind these deeds of terrorism....

Im not 100% if this matters, but werent those tutorials released under the FDL license? If so, you could use them in virtualy any licensed project? (or would that be redistribution of the "document"?)

Propper mods make you type in the console what map you want to start, and possibly use a map they name "start.bsp" with a bunch of teleporters to the various maps (as in the qmatrix mod) Or you could always download a engine of choice and hardcode your own maps to it and distribute that en...
