Ha ha.. thanks Baker.
The code is in quakespasm subversion - at least for the moment - as not sure how useful it is. Shame you can't have some fun and shoot them up while frozen.
svn co https://quakespasm.svn.sourceforge.net/ ... pasm/trunk -r 457

Spare the unneccessary sugar-coated brownnosing and hype, I didn't do this for attention and accolades, thanks. tee hee :lol: Actually it is funny. Too many Christmas parties, too much Egg Nog and holiday glee then kapowie -- I post something rather stupid I only vaguely remember doing and then gro...

If the web-page is hard to read - http://quakespasm.sourceforge.net/README.html
And perhaps Oz should have mentioned - the main (slash only) new feature is external music playback (OGG, MP3, WAV).

Then about that time i see DP getting more and more less of a Quake engine :O Haha. Part of the interest for me is learning Yeah.. Quake is so interesting... The client/server model, weird Quake C language, OpenGL, the optional 3rd person view, and the console and binding complexities. And the way ...

from QuakeOne This going to bog things somewhat, but I've expanded the goals a bit: ProQuake FuhQuake ZQuake Enhanced GLQuake JoeQuake ---> EngineX .... The idea comes from TyrQuake which builds both NetQuake and Quakeworld from a very similar codebase with a high degree of shared files. .... I'm no...

Hmmm... Perhaps no one is interested in a minor sound issue for these old things ;>.
For anyone associated with ioquake3, this bug report seems to be related.

Gamma Patched LibSDL
For people with newish Linux systems (Xorg >= 7.5) and broken brightness slider, these patched libSDL binaries should hopefully fix the thing.
libSDL 32 bit
libSDL 64 bit
I guess there could be side effects, as it's not officially included with libSDL.

@MH
@MH Just checking you haven't missed this jsh2color bug report . Perhaps the issue is inherited from MHcolor, but i don't have the slightest. I'm gonna try and fix it this weekend... hahaha. I'm pretty ignorant about light maps and bsp. EDIT: Looks like Ozkan fixed this. And we haven't got "-e...

0.85.2 update
We've made a little update...A new scale slider, some networking fixes, and some changes to the condebug log feature amongst other things. We'll probably include proper home directory support (currently included as a patch) and ogg music playback, when someone can be arsed to do it :-> Windows , Lin...
